2 Half-Day Virtual Summits

 
The 7-month program kicks off with a half-day of coaching and camaraderie, hosted virtually so you can participate from anywhere in the world. At the end of the program, we gather again for a four-hour virtual completion to celebrate our growth and create a plan for what’s next.

13 Group Coaching Sessions via Zoom

 
Every other week, we meet for two hours. Curriculum calls alternate with open coaching calls. On curriculum calls, time is set aside for you and your groupmates to apply new concepts and receive open coaching. During open-coaching calls, everyone gets a chance to receive coaching.

Private Coaching Sessions with Sascha

 
Go even deeper in 1:1 time with me. Talk through new ideas, strategize next moves, and resolve anything in the way of you overcoming your obstacles.

Peer Support Calls

 
Twice a month you meet with a peer from the group to do a structured peer processing session. These sessions help you do your best creative thinking, and resolve anything in the way of your progress.

There is nothing more valuable than receiving direct feedback on your coaching correspondences from an experienced coach. The Mastermind provides this resource to each participant via unlimited email support with me. This is unprecedented access, usually reserved only for my 1:1 clients.

The Mastermind teaches a curriculum for coaches that isn’t taught anywhere else in my business. Concepts, tools, and practices based on my own personal experience coaching and keys of success I use to this day. We also base each cohort’s curriculum on the demands of the group.
